Keep looking through your old pics. Also go to your local precinct speak to detectives and look at photos for people who where arrested for stealing cars if you got a good look at him. they will have all of his information and beable to pick him up base on that. You might be surprised that the guy may have been arrested b4 for stealing cars its pretty common

fuck this shit someone better get some pics of this fags car up now so we can keep an eye out. im serious im sick and fuckin tired of these damn thieves...a few months back i had these two dumbass fuckers try to steal my rims off my q45 in tracy....i chased them out and they fuckin left the the truck they drove in front of my house...so i kno the truck and license plate..address and caught one of the guys with a baseball bat when they came back to pick it up...see if these fuckers fuck with us again....downshift lets get this lowlife fuck and really make him pay. start throwing a screen name out or something shit...throw me a fuckin bone here.....yuta its that time of the year again.
