I installed an Alipine head unit also. You might want to bypass the stock amps. It distorts my tweeters and the crossover won't do its job when I turn it up to a good level...

did i cross a wire? my radio doesnt turn off when i turn off the car... but if i switch the power wire and memory wire the radio doesnt turn on. does this have anything to do with my highbeam headlights not working.. let me know.....

The memory wire (yellow) should be on a constant 12v. The ignition (Red) should be to a switched 12v.
