89-90 Auto trans into 91-94

I have a buyer interested in the transmission that came out of my car.

However he has a 92 s13 and mine is an 89. Are the auto transmissions the same between these or are they incompatible?

I know not many people are interested in the autos, but if someone has some insight it would be much appreciated.

So what is it?

Would really like to know, this thing is just taking up space and $100 in my pocket would be nice.
