Circuit Sports Quick Release any good?

Hey guys,

Just wondering if the Circuit Sports steering wheel quick release is decent or not? It's really cheap, so I'm a bit skeptical.

I have one on my DD, got it from Phase2. Been using it for a year, still works like the day I got it.

I had the L2 one when ball bearing style QR started getting popular and the safety button used to break off after a couple months. No problem like that with the CS.

I had it on my track car for a while and no issues. I put one on my "Daily" and the only issue I came across with is the short Hub, having a horn is messing stuff up. The space for the wiring is too limited and everything is getting to tight for comfort. I cannot seem to get my horn working.
