S14 Zenki emissions To S14 Kouki emissions
This is for any of the experienced members. I'm curious as to the wiring changes needed to relocate the 95' carcoal canister to the kouki carcoal canister location under the rear passenger fender. I'm just thinking of ways to free up room in my engine bay. I have all the kouki parts from my wrecked 97'. So it's really just a matter of mounting up the new stuff.
I'm just wondering if the wiring is possible or do I have ALOT of re-splicing ahead of me? Has anyone ever done this swap over? And before the morons start telling me "to just yank all that shit", it's my street legal daily driver. Thanks to any help.

Won't pass a good visual and IIRC the system works differently if the 95 is like the s13 system.

bummer....
I was hoping I could get it done without too much extra work. But I guess it makes sense since the 97' has 4 plugs going into the complete system under the trunk. And IIRC the 95' system has the connectors all over the engine bay. Oh well, I'm just bummed because I JUST replaced the 97' canister, vaccumm vent control valve etc. to pass smog. I guess I'll just try to sell the system. (ANYONE???) Thanks guys.

While we're on the subject....
Does anyone happend to know if 3/94 manufacture date is definitely OBD-II? Strange thing is that I have 2 O2 sensors, the second being the 3-wire sensor just in front of the second cat. I'm just wondering if there was a definitive month that the manu. date goes OBD-II. I was always under the assumption that 11/94 was the start date for OBD-II. Thanks....again.
