First off, I'm located in Woodland Hills. So somewhere within 100 miles would be nice!

(Picture unnecessary, but it makes my post more interesting. ADMIT IT)

I just lowered my Element, and as you can see by the massive amount of tire, I from time to time like to smash my tires into my rear fenders. It's a lot of fun, but I've been thinking about giving it up and going straight.

No but seriously, I'm tired of destroying my fenders. I need someone to cut and clean up my fenders. I can't just roll them unfortunately. I'm not even trying to go any lower until I get cooler wheels. So any suggestions?
