Stolen: JDM Honda Parts

I know this is a Nissan forum, but I know some of you have hondas or know honda people as well.

My 1992 Honda Civic EG6 was stolen sometime between 6:30pm and 8:30am from Monday going into Tuesday (04/5/10-04/6/10). Since they couldn't start my car, they rolled it out of the drive way and pushed it down the street with another car. (The fucked up my rear bumper.) I got my car back.

This is what they took:

Driver side and passenger side Integra Type R Recaros (black)
Sony Head Unit (Will update with model #)
Sony CD Changer
Sony Amp
OEM Window Visors
Vision carbon fiber side view mirrors
Vision clear head light corner lenses
HIDs
Broadway rear view mirror (who the hell steals a broadway mirror?)
Civic Type R Shift knob

I feel extremely violated. Some of the stuff in that car had sentimental value... For those of you that know me, you know I put a lot of effort into each of my cars. And I like having nice things in my cars.

I'm glad they didnt steal my s13... I'd be even more pissed....

But if you guys could keep a look out, I'd really appreciate it!

Thanks for looking.

P.S. I hope the assholes who did this to my car rot in hell. Karma is a bitch and it'll come around...

This sucks but something you should always to is LOCK you steering wheel to straight or one way so if they try to roll it out they can't unless they jam the column. Also get a 2-way alarm so your informed when it goes off.

there was no steering wheel on it. the hub was locked. they actually broke my steering column to move it which really sucked. the car does have an alarm on it. apparently the alarm didn't go off or my grandmother would have heard it and would have called. and i know i armed my car before leaving it. i believe whoever stole it was scoping it out for a while now and knew exactly what they were looking for and how to do it.

currently looking into investing in a back up siren now. and thanks for the advice on the 2 way alarm system. ill look into that as well. i knew with owning these cars including my 240s, that i would need some type of security. all of my cars have alarm systems, and they're not crappy ones either.

For your 240sx hit me up on pm will show you a legit spot to put a kill switch.Don't run your siren alarm wire under the fender that's what they probably saw and clipped it so it didn't go off but the lights did.PM I got a few tricks I do that might help you.

wow...fucking sucks...i would also expand ur search not just on craigslist L.A. but thruough the surrounding area...thats how we found my brothers stolen Integ seats a few yrs back...

also ...if u have parts...etch something on them, so if there stollen and possibly found, u'll have identifying marks and pictures if possible...it helps...and dont make it obvious marks either...

GL on the real...this bites...

Damn sorry to hear. At least you got your car back. I had my EG Coupe stolen, and never recovered.

Good luck
