You could also opt to shoot flames from your exhaust to get rid of the snow.

yeah too much snow for this puppy to melt

First time driving in snow this deep with black ice everywhere. Def a new experience.

Wanna look into a Front diff upgrade since the GTR's only come with Opens up front :/

According to FAST there are other chassis that share the front diff so maybe if im lucky one of these chassis came with a VLSD.

went Junk yard hoping as well, nothing really worth while up here. but did stumble across this

a Neo RB20 with VVL... would be interesting for a turbo project, but not interesting enough

Also picked up a new GTR Key for a Spare ^_^

So Engine came into day, seems like I struck the Jack Pot on this engine.

Just from the brief look over it has, Metal Head Gasket, HKS cam gears, HKS elbows, from what looks to be Tomei Manifolds, POSSIBLY some HKS GT-SS Turbos, and Possibly some Cams.

Cant wait to get this up on the stand and tear it down.

Thanks to my buddy Matt for helping me get this.

lol thanks.

Got the Exhaust manifold and Intake manifolds off today.

Everything looking good, No oily exhaust ports but a good bit of carbon/Fuel build up. Seems this thing was running pretty rich before it was pulled.

Its a storage room.

Got smart and pull it out of my cage for more room

Dropped the Oil Pan, No gold, but traces of something very light in the oil, maybe the bearings are close

You think the turbo setup the PO was running wasn't tuned properly causing it to run rich? I would be interested to see how that setup worked. Awesome build like always man! keep up the work.

Not really sure, i just bought it off the auctions and the seller didnt say anything about the setup.

I would like to know as well, its the first ive seen someone try to run a sequential on an 26. But im just gonna try to source a single GT-SS so i can have a maching TT setup.

No updates yet, work has been wearing me out lately. I left off at removing the cams to pull the head.

Also need an impact gun to remove the crank pully. 300+ ftlbs is too much for my long ass breaker bar, i ended up bending the shit out of one of my pry bars using it as a brace on the crank

Finally got the from Crank bolt broken loose, but had a casualty.

My poor Pry bar

little worried the bolts might give way

Pulled the head, cylinder walls dont look too bad.

So Fucking Pissed, was told this was a R33 block but it has a Short Oil pump drive snout...
