Yeah it's a lot of work But I did that swap Because it was a nice project , Putting a 6 Cyl in a 240sx ... Sounds Cool ... 320hp ... but a lot more torque than a 4 Cyl .... And if i go for single turbo in the futur ... This Block a lot More stronger than a Sr20 .... But Twins With Nirous Should Be Fun Too

How did you clean the rotor so well? I have some EVO rotors I'd like to clean...

it's Gonna start very Soon , Most Everything is ready ... You know that swap Is a lot of Job ... it's not easy as putting an Factory Sr in a 240sx .... it's a lot of time and a lot of money ... i'll Take my Time For doing the Best Job as possible ... The Wiring Is Done And almost Fixed ... I Got Ignition , Fuel , Fire And it Crank ...The Oil Pressure Goes Up ... I need To Fix Up The Fuel Lines, Few Vaccum , Coolant Hoses and This Bitch Should Start

... I relocated the battery in the trunk for more room In the front ....

I Just received my waterpump pulley ... i worked on Heaters hoses and Radiator Hoses, Vaccums routing , and few others things ...

hey how did your run your battery relocating lines. i see that black bar with it connected to it and im interested in it if it simplfies things

it's a 150 Amps Bus Bar ... connected to the positive with a 2 gauge wire ... With that, You can Feed Your starter , Alternator and the fuseblock from The Front !!!

Are you going to pass the wiring along the inside of the fire wall when you are done? I am looking in to the 1j swap right now and noticed the wiring for the engine goes through on the driver's side, which is the opposite of the 240sx. Also where did you get your info for wiring the two harnesses together? Is it insanely hard to two or just takes some time if you have the tools? thanks keep up the good work.
