I have a NRG steering wheel adapter than can be used to mount a MOMO/SPARCO wheel on a NARDI/PERSONAL hub or vice versa. Can also be used as a .5" spacer. Comes with 12 different bolts, an allen key, and an hub centric ring.

Used to mount a wheel and that's it. $20 obo + shipping

I don't really understand your question? This will work with pretty much any aftermarket hub/steering wheel combination.
