Rattling noise

So I just finished installing new clutch & now the car is making a rattling noise. Sounds like it's coming from the cams but someone told me that it might be exhaust leak from the headers. It only makes the noise when idling but when I rev it or drive it the noise goes away. Any help people

an exhaust leak would make your exhaust tone sound weird but not usually rattle... do you have a stock exhaust or an aftermarket one?

timing chain or you need a new gasket on your manifold

i put new headers on with my old gasket and it sounded very simular to a timing chain noise but with a new gasket sound went away

Might be your throw out bearing. does the noise change when you press in the clutch?
