P1605 OBDII Code, Need info on fixing - Zilvia.net Forums | Nissan 240SX (Silvia) and Z (Fairlady) Car Forum

I have a 97 S14.

Did a code readout on it and got P1605.
It comes out as an A/T Diagnostic Communication Line.

Anyone know about this?

Also, the other code that came up was P0335.
Crankshaft position sensor circuit malfunction.

I'm almost positive you have the car I used to own a few years ago. In any case I did a transmission swap from auto to manual on the car and it still has the auto ECU which is likely the problem for that code. If I recall you need a 5 speed ecu from a 97 or newer.

It was black and yeah, SoCal.
