I removed 2 hoses. One was a small "U" hose and the other was to the AICV. There are 3 ports labeled "1" "2" "3".Which 2 are connected by short "U" hose?
And which port goes to the IACV?

im pretty sure 3 goes to iacv and 1 uses the U shape and connects to the air regulator

I just looked on my car and 1 uses the U-shaped hose to connect to 2 and number 3 goes to iacv

OK 1 & 2 loop and 3 to AICV Thanks. BTW The dealer calls the IACV "AICV".
If you ever call the dealer--it gets confusing.

I own the service manual which has that diagram......it doesn't show what I pointed out in my photo

Unless I don't understand what you are asking that photo shows exactly what you need.

The AAC valve goes has the hose that goes to #3 in your picture and it is #14 in the service manual picture. Your #1 and #2 are #13 in the FSM picture.

in your original post you asked which pipe the u shaped line connects to, i answered it already its #1
