Alright So i just bought my hatch at the beggining of may and bought things here and there, and did the 5 speed swap.

So after about a month of using the 5 speed swap and a used B&M short shifter the reverse always pops out of gear and if i try to hold it, it'll grind.

Alright so here is the video.
The first part is when i rev with the clutch disengaged.

The second is when i engage the clutch for reverse and pops out.

Then i hold the shifter in the reverse and it grinds so it can pop out.
