psm knuckle has a separate mounting bracket for a wilwood parking brake caliper. so to answer your question: yes its dual caliper able, but no it will not work with that kit (or it could..but as far as i know no ones done it?)

there is no point using that kit for the psm rear knuckle, it would work but its pointless since psm already has an extra mounting point for a 2nd caliper

Hello Fellas, a quick question for y'all;
I am doing PSM solid risers on my S14 sub frame.
What is the purpose of these things and do I need to reinstall them?

They are weights which were a prehistoric NVH reduction method.

I removed mine from my s13, you can remove yours too. Dead weight anchor = not cool

so if i lengthened the tension rods, i would reduce caster. and as the shock/knuckle is more upright, the leading wheel would in turn be more flat as well?

Just want to make sure I could nix them without any ill side-effects.

Caster, roll center, ackerman, and steering angle, all in one package. Anyone care to tell my why it wouldn't work before I make something in Solidworks?

Aasbo's TC uses S-chassis knuckles, and his angle kit is done like that.

i would be very insterested in that kind of mod on an S13 if it works. And so will many people ... I wonder where is the catch ? Why no one made that before, instead of chopping / rewelding knuckles ?

Because it takes quite a while to prototype, not everyone can work with CAD, and 5-axis CNC time is not cheap when you don't own one.

It is a lot less complicated to make them for chasers, because for one it can be done on a 2d mill

An advantage with the genesis is that there is 3 mounting points and with the s or z32 chassis there is just 2.

chances are where you have the coil bolted to the knuckle is messing up all the measurements.

if you 0 the coil out, and loosen that bolt(s) u can 'massage' it into place right

I have a problem. My s13 drivers side wheel sticks out almost 2 inches further than the drivers side. I've searched and posted in the small questions thread and no real answers. Can I get front lower adjustable control arms and fix this or is this a frame problem?

2 inches further ? unless left and right wheels and tyres are different, it suggests a massive frame damage. Are you sure you did not forget a wheel spacer in there ?

I grabbed some detailed pics of his knuckle set up one day while the car was chilling in Dayton and the pit crew was no where to be found. I'll post some pics when I get off of work.

It's probobly frame damage. I've seen it before though. No sign of any damage. But one wheel sticks out. I'll see if I can get it on a frame machine. Thanks.
