RB26 Aftermarket Oil Pump
Hey guys,
Im looking for an aftermarket Oil Pump for my RB26. I've already been to every corresponding website which has reviewed them. I just want some personal experience from members who might be running any of these pumps. -JUN -NISMO -GREDDY -TOMEI -N1 At the moment i dont want to go dry sump but i do want to see if for example its true that a nismo pump will fail if revved passed 7k. Thanks for any help and if these types of threads aren't allowed I apologize ahead of time.

I run Tomei on every RB I have ever built and I recommend it to everyone. I consider the $1000 to be a CHEAP investment when building a $10,000+ RB. You can never cheap out on an RB oil system! High capacity oil ban, baffle plates, crank collar, oil cooler etc...
Never run a N1, they are just like a stock pump with stronger gearing. I wouldn't trust an 8000k rev with one, and they have proven that time and time again with blown motors. And word has it both GReddy & JUN are made in the same factory. So they are a very safe bet also considering the company's. |
