1st gear grind...

Hi everyone. I have a '92 240SX with stock KA and tranny. Whenever I shift into 1st too quickly(ie: sitting at a red light then quickly putting it in 1st when it turns green), it grinds. Now, when I slide it in slowly(no pun intended) I get no problem from it. I noticed it started happening when my clutch got loose. I bled the master cylinder but no luck with the pedal. So, I adjusted the clutch pedal to where it actually engages, but still having the same issue with first. I don't have any problems with any other gears at all. Any thoughts on what it might be? Thanks in advance!

Tranny fluid? Haven't had the chance to refill or change out the fluid so I don't know.
Clutch fluid, I used DOT 3 brake fluid to top off after bleeding out the master cylinder.

Search Subaru cocktail.
Can use that to help with tranny grinds.
Like the poster above said sounds like a bad synchro.

Red line mt90 is the shit for Nissan trans. Everyone should be running it. FRSport stocks it in 5qt jugs.
