Looking at under $400, can fluctuate depending on cool factor.

Supermade conversions are still available from them and the quote is well under $400 with air shipping; hence my price ceiling.

You're not gonna find anything of quality for $400. SuperMade sells their buckets bare. No wiring, no lights, seals; nothing. Every other company (now out of production) never sold bare fixed headlights.
