Wanting to move to Medford Oregon but don't have a job up there.
Good evening.
My wife and I are tired of So Cal (cause cost of living).. I've been searching for jobs on craig's list and monster for a while now, but to no avail.. I was wondering if any of you were in or around the Medford Oregon around that might be able to help me out with employment? I have a resume on hand that I can fax/email/mail anyone from around there.. If anyone of you guys/gals can help me out that would be HUGE.. My wife is also 3 months into her prenancy with our 2nd child (first one is 4 1/2), so this move will be pretty big for us to prevent me from having to get a 2nd job (which will basically eliminate me from having any kind of family life, or life at all). My resume has all the contact info on it and also salary history.. At this point the type of job doesn't really matter as long as it can get the bills paid. Ideally I'd want something around $13.00hr (since I know I can the $16.00+ that I was making out here), but a woman from Craig's list said that it would really be hard to get that unless you're an "expert" in a certain field. So I'm guessing that $11.00-$11.50 would be like $15.00-$15.50 California? Again I appreciate all the help I can get. I also thank you for your time and patience in reading this novel. Happy driving! |

1.) It's the closest city to me that has a population about the same that I have now.
2.) The population is 60K and above (anything lower then 40 is too small for me and anything above 80 is too big) 3.) It's low elevation = NO SNOW ! which = GOOD 4.) Weather is about the same as it is here. (temp wise) 5.) Not overcast almost everyday which = depressing 6.) CHEAP ! (cost of living) 7.) NICE SKATEPARKS ! (In medford and ashland) .. That's just and added bonus though. *wink* |
