yeah there supposed to be 'zinc plated' to prevent rust, doesnt seem to work

In the one picture with the VW polo or whatever I was like hey this is accross the street from my cousins house! Then I was like wait, all the hoods look the same over there. I have NEVER seen one S14 in any of my trips over there.

a couple of little bits to update, im bieng lazy though, sorry haha

The wiring nightmare is well underway and the new (to me) subframe is nearly ready to throw on with solid bushes + solid diff bushes, il get some pics today.

wasnt too bad tbh, i fused all the gears together first (not ALL obv) then just filled the thing up.

anyway.....sorry for being so lazy everyone

I finally pulled my finger out my ass and started on the S again
since im not rushing to get it ready for anything i can take my time and enjoy it again. Plus i need to do like 1 hour tidying everytime i work on it, from rushing to try to get it ready for JAE (car show) i completely fucked the garage up, shit is everywhere again.
anyway, i got another can of paint today to finish the subframe:
(i got an iphone4 finally btw so the pics from this point of the build should be better)



then got the lacquer on, i cant beleive the difference the lacquer made to the colour, the pics exaggerate it but the colour is alot more 'rich' after lacquer:



and before anyone says it, i know its way anal over something you cant even see but fuck it
also started the diff end cover, the casing itself im going to spray sliver with some engine enamel but have to wait till i have lacquered the end cover (this copper paint takes AGES to go off)

Took off the old subframe today and fitted the new one, one the rear lower toe arms was seized though so i have had to fit the new subframe without one.
Im in two minds weather to get a nearly full set of ebay arms for a good price or just get 326 power rear lower toe arms at probably a high cost.
anyway:





next up, rear arms.
I want to get the rear of the car done before winter hits hard
