130k v. 1.5mil

Def competition for the veyron when it offers, under real world circumstances a somewhat equivalent car.

Where the fuck are you going 267? When you drive on the highway? No.

It's probably not going to hit those speeds in pretty much most track events either.

But, that isn't the point.

AMS is claiming it's a Veyron killer in general sense.
Therefore it's not unreasonable to make such comparisons.

all this video is claiming is it accelerates faster, not all out faster. in the end they say the cant really say how much faster the veyron is in top speed, but they obviously know it is.

and the GTR competes with the veyron in many different ways. it costs around $1.4mil and is still slower than the GTR around the nurburgring (proof: Bugatti EB 16/4 Veyron 7:40 on Nurburgring-Nordschleife - The Unofficial BMW M5 Messageboard (m5board.com))

correct me if im wrong, but the only thing im seeing the veyron have over the GTR is top speed and price....

very sick car and it crushes almost every other production car in existense, but some cars such as the Veyron are still way above it...plus with a price tag like a Veyrons, it better out perform the GTR hah

The R35 is definitely my dream car

This power level with a simple turbo swap, fuel upgrade, and tune?
Is it really the engine really stock?

Does anyone have specs or more info on this beast?

Wow, that's some impressive work from AMS. The GT-R actually looks much better without the wing.

Stop drag racing this car, your ruining its soul. (imo)
My cat can build a 10sec. mustang out of a summit magazine for under 5,000 dollars.
drag racing is gay.

The Veyron is a marval of engineering... PERIOD, people that afford to own this car don't care about the price. and owning one isn't going to change their lifestyle in anyway.

The GTR should be a on race track.. not a drag strip... imo

yeah, that ^^^^ said.

alpha 9.

i like the name.

but yeah, two completely different leagues of cars.

one car is bought by a guy making millions every year. the GTR, a guy making 6 figures. Generally speaking.

have you guys seen the build of a veryon though? it's literally an airplane on wheels, with the all the sophisticated engineering it has.
