pop up headlights different speeds

i searched on every forum im a member of, and idk i cant find anything!! i remember ONCE i did see this exact question somewhere.. but of course i cant find it now that i NEED it...

so my headlights go up/down at different speeds. this wouldnt bother me, but now i did the DIY sleepy-eyes and they are different... like sleepy wink? haha well anyone know how to fix this, any help would be really appreciated. thank you!!

i set the position... get out and gently pull the slow one up till it matches once per morning... im that lame... yeah

HAHAHA but then you need to leave them sleepy eyes all day? cause i go to CC and im scared some stupid honduh head will smash them in...
