here it is a 93 kade. i have checked spark and fuel and timing... here is a video. PLEASE HELP!!!

I know u said u checked sPark an timing. It sounds like it wants to start. Just check ur wires an ur coil pack. Also check ur plugs. Let me know how you make out. I had a lotus with the same problem. It was the spark plugs being fouled out.
