Out of the top of my head the car has these following goodies according to what the seller told me the car has (I bought the car with the swap in it already, so I'm not 100% certain what else is in it):

Blacktop 'Notchtop' S14 SR20det (was swapped out of a JDM Zenki front clip)
Motor has ~5x,xxx miles now (old owner claims he got the clip with 15,xxx miles) I've driven it the most 8k miles since I bought it.

Motor swap will be sold together with tranny, and I will get compression tests soon, everything is working how it should, no leaks, no burns. Speedo, RPM, lights, temp, fuel, everything works.

I'm definitely missing more parts in the list but the old owner was not playing with the whole set up, quality parts mainly. When I tuned it, it was done by G-Dimensions and set up was capable of handling 3 settings: 270whp @ 10lbs, 315whp @ 14-15lbs, 345whp @ 18-19lbs (needs a retune though for some reason, maybe a quick re-run)
=$2800 for the swap No ECU or Turbo(but you will need to come and pull the engine out yourself since car is non-rolling)

Turbo set up
-Garret GT2871r ball bearing turbo 0.64 T3 flange (about 10k miles on turbo)
-HKS Wastegate Actuator
-Tomei Expreme turbo elbow (got it thermal coated)
-DIF Oil and Coolant turbo lines with -.03 oil restrictor
=$1050 for the turbo setup

Electronics
-APEXi Power FC ECU w/ Commander for S14 Zenki SR20det
=$850 for Power FC



Suspension
-Fully Adjustable Tein Flex Coilovers with damper adjusting and camber plates $800 (pics once taken off)

-Tein front inner and outer tie rods (might be damaged) $50 (pics once taken off)

-Battle Version front tension arms $125



-OEM S14 5 lug conversion (front spindles & hubs, rear knuckles/uprights & hubs) $300

Brake set up
-Evo 8 Brembo calipers with brackets with brembo slotted rotors and brake pads (some meat on them still) $750 (pics once taken off)

-Rear Z32 calipers with cross drilled rotors, R33 e-brake cable and brake pads (some meat on them still) $350 (pics once taken off)

Exterior
-Trust Greddy Gracer front bumper (Rarer than NaVaN) with JDM bumper lights $300

-2 year LoJack Early Warning System package (main reason price is steep, but you won't need to worry about your shit getting stolen - worth it on the long run)
-No sunroof (Less chassis flex)
-Non-ABS
-All interior in tact (S13 seats)
-No accidents or bondo whatsoever
-clean title, and pink in hand
-tags up to date
=$1300 (without the exterior parts listed up on top, and will be non-rolling)
