id stick with a safety 21 5 point bolt in with added doors bars. Theres just to much going on with a lot of welded cages where it looks like a damn spider web. Some cars make it look good some don't, but its just not for me

its not about how it looks, tight to the headliner and the a pillars door panels looks good. but the main focus is safety, if your getting a cage for looks your an idiot and chances are your car doeent need one |

You should really try searching on your own....there are plenty here on this site to get a rough estimate on a cage. It all varies...there are bolt in, that have thru dash or escape dash, weld in cage, etc. Google 21 safety cage. I say a rough estimate will be $1200

Custom six point in my s13. Low profile door bars for getting in and out easier. Left the rear diagonal out for more storage space.
Pfeiffer hard at work helping me weld the cage in... (I don't trust my mig skills yet) One more gratuitous shot of the chassis and engine... |

It all depends on what you want to do with the car. What type of racing/drifting events and what there regulations are. It also depends on the weight of the car that determines whats legal size piping you should use.
