RB Rb25det to s14 M63 plug wiring help!

Everyones saying this wiring is cake no no no I understand that the KA engine harness has a f3 plug which is the same as the rb25det m63 plug but with different pin locations. Ive been referring to the diagrams in Sileighty_85's "Project RB (How To)" thread. Pictures are kind of blurry and I can only use some information on those diagrams because of this.

I found another guide that shows how to wire the rb25det M63 to the 200sx s14 f4 plug (sr20det). This guide is found here. I also found a guide that helps you figure out how to refer to the sr20det f4 plug to find to orientation on the Ka f3 plug. ---> Here

So what I have in front of me is an rb25det series 1 harness and a 97 ka24de harness. Both guides say to cut off the ka/sr f3 plug. But this guide says towards the end that all you have to do is repin the M63 plug. So does that mean I dont use the Ka f3 plug or?? Which plug do I use? The Ka f3 or the rb m63? I know that I have to take some pins from the ecu and put them into the f3 plug. I cant find any clear resolution pinouts for the rb25det m63 plug.

I'm kind of lost right now guys! All these wires are overwhelming me. Maybe I'm over thinking it but I just need some help. Please! Thanks guys. lol

https://home.comcast.net/~tekk2/RB25...S14wiring.xlsx

Let me know if you can't open an xlsx

I put this together when I went through my harness

This doesn't spell it out exactly, but you should be able to figure it out.

If the M63 plug is physically the same as the F3 I would just repin it if possible.
If there isn't a need to cut up a good harness then dont.

Okay so if I were to use this guide. What I have have to do is cut the f3 plug off of the Ka harness then solder the wires shown in red and purple in the guide to the wires of the ecu? Or do I pull the pin out of the ecu and put it into the f3 plug? What do I do with the remaining wires that were cut on the f3 plug shown in grey?
