It's supposedly a feature for Photoshop CS4. if it is for real and i get my hands on a copy of CS4, i will be taking so many photos just to try and test it out.

im sure if you are trying to remove blemishes it will work. what it does is surveys the background/surrounding area of whatever it is that you are trying to delete and it uses that to fill in the empty space where the deleted object would have been.
