An issue i bet you can't help me fix lol

I have a s13 sr vert that ran just fine and the left fender harness was rubbed and had some wires exposed and killed the battery. So now everytime i hook the battery up the boost controller stays beeping and when i hook the keys up the the ignition and turn the windshield wipers fire up and are not able to turn off and the car does not start while the starter spins freely
I have taped up all the exposed wires and still NOTHING HAS CHANGED.
PLEASE ZILVIA HELP

Did you tape up the wires individually or just rewrap the entire harness?

so far my most probable cause may be too many ignition taps and it made my wiper wires melt and starter solenoid pop..
this will be checked tomorrow

What you have to do is now pull harness
Go thru each wire individually and solder (not tape) and then shrink warp them. Then check all fuses and relays.

That's the only option beyond replacing them all (if your lazy to do the above)
