Model cars.
I have a hobby of putting together plastic model cars, I bought all the good stuff from the local hobby stores, but I cannot find any real and good Japanese cars.
Anyone know any good websites for plastic model cars? Like 240's, skylines and all that in general. And also, I saw that some ppl on this forum were able to buy extra parts for those model cars, like rims separately and and body parts. I'm bored at home sometimes this winter and enjoy some new models to add to my collection but I wanna also customize them So any input would be awesome, thanks! |

Tamiya makes a bunch of jap cars. I built one of my old pig nose hatch and even found a little 1/24 scale rb20 motor set to put in it. But I have been looking for a s14 zenki that came with our front bumper and have yet to find one.

I know that tamiya makes all sorts of s chasis in models, Almost every version you can think of. Some of them are not being made anymore. and are considered collectables. I picked up a black K's s13 sivlia. off ebay. Its got real suspension and everything. theres another one they make without the suspension that has a working hood. with a detailed Sr20 inside. Things cool But still havnt put the stupid thing together. Ive seen ALOT of Japanese car model kits by tamiya on ebay.

haha, i just bought a fujimi r33 gt-r from ebay. there are tons of JDM kits for sale, but most come out overseas, so it takes a long time to get them.
