Heat shield for skinny non abs boosters s14
Hey does anyone know a place of where you can get a heat shield for the skinny booster s14 or have pics of what your guys heat shields look like

There are heat shields for sale on Enjuku and other parts sites. I just used those to get an idea of shape then cut up and bent an old license plate to bolt to one of the master cylinder bolts and wrap around it then used the gold reflective tape to wrap the plate. The gold tape probably wasn't necessary but I did it because I figured it wouldn't hurt and looked nicer than an old license plate.

DEI offers many different types of heat resistant wrap/tape materials with sticky backside. That might be better then modifying a sheld that probably won’t work how you want it or will look stupid.
I just wrapped my whole booster in 1/8 thick silver reflective with a fiberglass back which has a sticky backing. Came out really nice and resist up to 1800 degree temps. |
