New brake pads rubbing on new rotors.

So I installed new pads and rotors on an s13 coupe and the pads are rubbing pretty bad on the rotors, to the point where the front right wont even move. The pads are in correctly as far as i know. Anybody know possible causes or fixes for this? Thanks in advance.

If you didn't change the caliper then the caliper is probably bad.

Calipers were fine before changing pads and rotors.

The one that is stuck wasn't harder to compress back in?
I have had calipers that I can press in but still stick, but they usually are hard to compress the piston.
