Hey hey,
I just happened to come across a digital air conditioning control unit from an rps13, but it does't come with the wiring harness. It's really cheap and I want it, but what kind of wiring job am I getting myself into? Anyone know where I could get a harness for it? It's only the control unit itself. Nothing else! Am I just nuts about trying to make this work or should I go for it? I've never seen it done before. Any info at all would be helpful!

Thanks -

Yeah, hate to bust your bubble...but its a real pain to find a complete harness, temperature sensors, and servos (to change the vent from hot to cold).  On ebay you'll be looking at like $150 if its complete....maybe more.  I made the mistake of buying an incomplete setup off ebay, and its hard to find peices of it (especially when you dont know what all's involved).  Anything is possible with enought time and $$$, but if it plugs into your cars CPU, you are screwed unless you can have the KA cpu reprogrammed to accept it.

Would that work with the CA ECU or was it only installed on cars with the SR?
