I was wondering if that's what ill need to adjust to make my idle fine. It sometimes drops way down when gas is not applied. Other times it'll idle fine around 900rpm. If it is that where is it located at? Is it by the firewall between the intake manifold and motor? Right under the fuel rail? If it is that how do I gain access to it? There's so little room.

IACV, bottom backside of the intake plenum.
I don't think it will solve your idle problem, sounds more like a fuel/timing problem if it's erratic like that.

Ok. So I'd have to do the timing. As re-align the crank pulley?
