For those attending please put your name below in the appropriate list and for those wanting a dyno baseline please sign up as well they will be only 6 spots available Attending: 1) Natural Aspirations 2) Dyno Base Line: 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) Last edited by Natural Aspirations; 04-19-2016 at 11:43 AM.. |

Due to the high demand for base lines from the Nissan community I am going to do a separate Dyno day for you guys. If we can get a min of 6 to a max of 10 cars we can throw a private dyno day. Let me know if we can get organized groups of 10 cars to make this happen?

Essentially a dyno is a device that measures the horsepower and torque of your vehicle and helps to show if power adders are making or losing horse power. If the vehicle is equipped with a way to adjust fuel and ignition timing on a dyno is the safest controlled environment to make those changes and see the benifits or losses. During a baseline 3 runs on the dyno are made to see the average power output of your vehicle. It's is a good starting point to see where you are power wise on your vehicle. All different brands of dynos read slightly different but the premise of the dyno is that it is a tool and a gain is a gain and a loss is a loss so that being said I urge customers to base line and test on a single dyno so that numbers are always consistent with each other and there are no other variables.
We also check air fuel ratio and boost as part of our baseline, this helps you to see how you can make room for improvements as well as see if your making the boost you think you are. |
