Thanks man! I love your build as well. Very simple and detailed. Looks factory yet you know its modded by the overall look/feel. I know mine is completely different so thanks for the encouragement! Hopefully I will have some useful updates in the near future.

I dont yet. Once I can get the whole car back to the fab shop, I will post pics of how it will mount. Its pretty simple but hard to explain. Basically going to use base plates and slip fitting to hold the bash bar in place.

I installed the injectors & engine harness.
My plan is to route everything to the driver's kick panel. The fan relays, injector relays/fuses and ecu will go in the inside panel where the oem chassis fuse block was locatrd. The new painless harness is "planned" to be mounted in the center under the armrest. This way I can avoid having pesky passengers accidentally kicking my sh*t. I couldnt decide what I wanted to do with the dash.... leave it alone, wrap it, new vinyl...... then I said Flock it and ordered this....
And simply one of the coolest gadgets to simplify the wiring and my well being as a result. The ARC flat touch panel is killer. Last edited by scottie; 06-06-2014 at 02:11 PM.. |

Since I decided to leave the wide body panels exposed (not molded) I wanted to make it easy to remove buy using bolts vs rivets. And of course you cant just go down to ACE Hardware.
And another much larger box showed up with nothing written on the outside. Hhhmmmm.. Hhhmmm..... Still not ringing a bell Ah Ha! Now the wheels are turning... |

So you want Origin Doors for your S13? There is some work involved. It seems like this is one of the hardest subjects to locate information & pics on. Enjoy.

Wow, really impressed with all the quality work, parts, and the fact you do everything yourself. Mad props man.

I am going to try this whole fuel cell thing one last time. This one is approved by FIA, NHRA, NASA and pretty much any other racing body. Big THANKS to Jeremiah for suggesting the Aluminum version. Saves 13lbs over steel and looks pretty cool. It has an internal sump with 3 check valves to ensure pickup always has fuel to the last drop. The leveler is calibrated for GM type output and remote filler neck can be clocked any direction. Last edited by scottie; 06-06-2014 at 12:42 PM.. |

Comp Tru Union pressed into GM rockers ready to go.
LS2 (left) vs LS7 (right) Lifter. Notice how the bearing is better enclosed on the LS7? Cam/Chain/Pump Last edited by scottie; 06-06-2014 at 01:21 PM.. |
