ac runs pretty cold, but it makes a noise like its rocking back and forth as the blelt turns it pully. It also causes the engine to bogg slightly

well i think ur pump is stuck or siezed take the belt off and see wat happen

He said his a/c still gets cold therefore the compressor isn't seized or stuck but its starting to.

it could be the Auxiliary air control.. (mounted by the IAC).. it lets in a bit more air when the a/c kicks on.. does your idle raise

yes, idle does increase slightly. if the aac is the problem, would it only make noise when the air is actually running? And what exactly would indicate it as the cause?
