Gotta be the bulb socket itself, the metal tabs at the bottom and the side get pushed down too far over time and don't contact the bulb properly. Take a small pick and gently pry those tabs up/out to try and regain proper contact with the bulb, also use a SMALL amount of dielectric grease to cover the base of the bulb, good luck
