I'm gona go ahead and say Saturday december 14th (seems to be the best date for more people)
I'm thinking meet at g-force between 3pm-5pm and go from there but I'm open to suggestions.  What works for you all?

If the date changes let us know.  I can't make the 14th but maybe the 15th.   However it is a long hike for me anyway so not sure if I would make it even though I would really like to.

I am waiting on a call back from g-force to see about reserving a time. Here's what I'm thinking so far, meet at g-force karts at 2pm. Look at cars, talk, BS, shoot the shit and wait for the people who are late...there's always at least 1. Race our (3) three reserved slots between 3<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':0'>0pm and 3:45pm (around there and assuming those slots are available) for $48 per person. Hang out however long we want afterwards. Let the people with more $$ race again for $20 a race if they feel like it. Then go to hooters sometime around 4:30 or whenever, depending on how long we stay at g-force.

Sorry, I can't make it on the 14th. I could try but getting off work is going to be pretty hard since its the Christmas season. Not to mention that I'd probably be pretty exhausted from all the finals i would have the day before.... I'll see what I can do.
