I need help...advice...ANYTHING

so this weekend i was going about 30-40mph and my car hydroplaned into a curb.
i just side swiped it

i pulled into a parking lot and saw that my front right tie rod was bent and my right rear wheel was severely damaged. i guess it caught the edge of the curb and it broke my lip and my tire was flattened.
i had to ride the car about 1/4 of a mile in that condition to a friend of mines house

long story short
after seeing the car in the day time i realized that my rear wheel was set back. not inward but like toward the rear of the car.
so i jacked it up and saw that where the traction rod connects to the sub frame the eyelets were stretched and one side was bent. that piece of metal is very thin so im going to have the eyelets re welded and reinforced.

ive ordered new toe rods and new traction rods.
ive got this gut feeling and am kinda scared that the subframe was damaged severely from this.

im guessing my LCA is bent also but i didnt see any damage to it for the most part.

from my description can any of you tell me what would cause the wheel to sit back <----- way haha

The best way is to get a good body shop to measure the frame dimensions. Then you can decide if you need to pull the frame or not.

If the frame is okay then you can start fixing the suspension.

The suspension does have some give but a hard impact could deform the frame.

^^^ Yup, what he said.

Worry about your frame, not the subframe.

A new/used subframe could be sourced probably cheaper than fixing that one. As long as your studs are fine I would swap it over in a heartbeat and not look back.

But as he said, make sure your frame is straight the rest is easy.

Just noticed your in Richmond. VA I'm guessing?
I have another spare rear subframe I'm rebuilding out of a s14 but might part with it for the right price

yeah im in richmond virginia. i dont THINK my subframe is messed up. im praying its just the linkages and possibly a bent strut.

i know when i jack up the car it sits straight but once it touches the ground it slides back...could this be because the traction link isnt connected and is being pushed againt tha bracket making it shift?
hopefully with the parts ive ordered it should fix the problem or hopefully its the LCA or something.

Make a thread in the WTB section, someone is bound to sell you one.

Good luck.
