Thanks for all the comments guys. I'll try to post up some pictures of Chicago and some fancy beers that I've been getting into, when I get a chance.
Here's a great shot of my car, by Darian, up at Touge Factory. Darian also did a nice post on Touge Factorys blog...check it out! http://tougefactory.com/shop/2014/11...ck-oriented-z/

haha thanks, man. I'm up in the air on whether I'm going to leave it a light color or go dark to have it blend with the carbon better.
Thank you, sir! Here are a few pictures of how she's coming a long, up at Touge Factory. These photos were taken by Touge Factory, since I'm not up there anymore Everything is now powered and functioning properly. A glimpse at how Touge Factory constructed the wire harness. The 4.1lbs Lithium 270amp battery that's powering the car. The Kognition wing back on the car. The AM Performance titanium strut tower bar is now on the car. Now she's back on the lift for the brake/intercooler/radiator/oil cooler ducting, along with a full under body diffuser. Now for a few fancy beers I've had lately and I'll post some shots from chicago later. One of my absolute favorites! We had this as one of our missions in Chicago...since you can't find it anywhere else!

Yeah, it wasn't that bad, but I probably wouldn't search it out again.
Small update...the duct work is being done on the Z, up at Touge factory. Just some brake ducting and some ducting for the coolers and that should be all squared away! Then it's time for an underbody tray, paint, tuning, followed by some odds and ends.

people go buck wild for zombie dust in chicago.
it's pretty good but they hype it up like crazy and never release enough or very often. OT; car is so good. |

Well, I have a touch of an update! Front duct work is nearly complete! A box has to be made for the intake and then everything in the engine bay will be complete...unless I forgot something
A plate had to get welded over a depression in the floor, to make it level. my cold air kit is partially in. This is how she looks up to this point! More to come! Have a great and happy New Years, everybody!

yeah, I'm hoping it'll be fun when she's done.

Nothing all that special about my job, honestly. I just work 8+ hours a day, 7 days a week, and 12 months a year. Last time I got a chance to go up and see my car, was because my girlfriend talked to my boss and secretly got me out of work for a single weekend. I don't even really ever take a vacation. For Christmas, the only day I didn't work was Christmas day. Simplest way to put it is, you can't build a quality car if you don't put in the time and effort to make it happen.

She's ready for the dyno! After that, she'll go to paint and will then be getting debuted in March at Tuner Galleria.

A rev-happy power monster in a light rigid chassis with exceptional supporting mods and awesome weight distribution?
..this should be fun. In for dyno vid/numbers |

Only thing i'm wondering about now is the placement of the engine within the engine bay area? I know it's way too late now but it seems like the engine is sitting pretty far forward in the bay compared to the firewall with a ton of room between the two. Just wondering why you didn't choose to mount it further back, or even completely behind the strut towers like a lot of other time attack cars? Unless you wanted it in it's location for a specific distribution. Seems like a little work to the firewall to tuck in the engine and components wouldn't have been too much extra.

Thanks for the comments guys. I'm hoping to have a video of it getting dynoed, so I'll keep you posted on that.
I do plan on driving the car myself, but I'll be taking a bit of time to acclimate myself to the car before I compete with it. Quote:
