You should. I almost got a previa but really like the nostalgia of the the older style.
There's enough holes in the tint for anything to thrive. Edit; I found some old stickers from back when cars were cool and applied them (my huge 326power sticker got fucked up when I tried to put it on, so only the tiny part that has their website is on there..): Last edited by terrence; 03-21-2015 at 06:44 PM.. |

People keep posting the lowered grey van, and the lowered blue van.
but do you guys realize that those are actual track vans? There is a whole racing series dedicate to them look up dajiban (japanese for dodge van) some nice magnum engines ,and rear coils with the leafsprings. I have an 82 Plymouth /Chrysler Voyager (rare version of the dodge b150 vans. I camp and live in it when I travel. Now im swapping the 318 for the 360. Id do the 460 but its a lot of work right now. Gonna turbo the 360.

My 83 Westy named "Banksy". My little adventuring van that gives me access to mountain bike, surf, and snowboard trips. I've had this van for a few years and swapped in some more modernized parts to keep it going, reliable, and more usable.
EJ25 swapped, gowesty progressive springs with bilstein shocks, truck fridge, propex heater, (propane, 9700 BTUs for cold winter nights), solar powered deep cycle battery, etc... Engine bay. Based in Washington State, I go up in the mountains just about weekly. Banksy has taken us adventuring in British Columbia, Canada, as far south as the tip of Baja, Mexico, and as far west as Chicago, Illinois. I've slowly preparing it for a trip along the Pan American, with the 1st trip goal being Panama within the next 2-3 years. Cactus forest in Mexico. My kids, dog, and I beach camping near San Quintin, Mexico. MTB trip with friends in B.C., Canada. Cascade trips. |
