so I have a fuel cell in my s14 and I have a external walbro fuel pump and I need help with the wiring to turn on my fuel pump and have my fuel gauge to work.

what does these wires go to?

Factory Service Manual.

Google, s14 FSM and you'll find it relatively quick. Either here on Zilvia or on NICO. It's a PDF format that can be downloaded to either your phone or computer/laptop.
It's a god send. Has all of the information about ones specific chassis.
