This thread is like me and paintball. Back from the dead baybeh
Orracle #1096 (out of around 350k) and one of less than 10 in dark blue/light blue fade This gun was handed to me bu Mr. Bud Orr himself at his house, in his workshop. I still have the numatics for it (no e blade eye holes here) The white frames are from 96 NPPL boston and are one of only 3 in the world. I miss paintball. |

Aww man... I read this title and thought it was the Pitbull Thread.
Oh well, on the topic of Paintball, I should look for my Angle... I wonder where it went.

Every Spring Break my dad and I drive out to PA and play for a day or two at Skirmish USA. Always a hell of a time! I still have my way-old Tippmann A-5 with response trigger kit and Flatline barrel among a couple other goodies from like 7-8 years ago, hasn't let me down since (even though it has been used less than 2-3 times a year for the last 5 or 6 years).

I sold all my stuff cause I didn't have any friends here that played. Hopefully I will be able to get back into it soon.
I've owned a Tippman 98 Custom from way back and an Ion. Both were good markers in different ways.

I had an empire e-vents and loved it, lens cleaning was a snap with the 2 pieces that pop off, and it was pretty comfy and low profile. I've also used the v-force profiler and it was good too. Dye stuff I've heard is great but haven't personally used and I don't go near anything JT anymore. my .02

Man, perfect timing on this thread. I thought about it a lot and finally decided to get back into it since I can actually afford to play nowadays. Just bought about $400 worth of new equipment as an early birthday present to myself, including:
- Crossfire 68/4500 HPA tank - Empire E-Vents goggles - Planet Eclipse HDE digi camo pants - J&J Ceramic 12" barrel Along with a bunch of upgraded internals and replacement parts for my A5 to refresh and step it up a little. Pretty stoked, gonna 'ball it hard that entire birthday weekend!

I highly recommend Profilers. They provide good protection all around and have the largest field of view.

It sounds funny but on my snorkeling mask's I used to rub toothepaste on and rinse it to prevent fogging, worked pretty good for me and those have no ventilation

Ive used Dye i3s back when I used to play. Never failed me.
I'd love to paintball again but not enough people want to buy gear or have time.
