HELP just did 5spd swap gears grinding S14 help

Just did a 5spd swap on my S14 and gears or grinding I used a S13 trans and also installed Z32 diff with axles, manual drive shaft, steel braid lines, short shifter.that night drove home it was fine next day drove it to work it was ok but on the way home it started grinding 2 3 4 when I would shift at 2700 rpm or higher. I bleed the system again still nothing I replace slave cylinder with new one bleed still NG then I replaced used short shifter with stock shifter still NG then I adjusted clutch pedal still no NG.I don't know what else to do,I don't want to keep throwing parts at it help please could it be the trans, master cylinder, I put the same type of gear oil in the trans that I put in the Z32 diff.any help would be great thanks.

if you didnt remove the automatic pilot bushing under the flywheel and replaced it with a manual one the transmission will grind. Happened to me. I would put it in gear, let off the clutch and itll grind and not do shit.

This. There's another guy with the same problem right now along with me (I just did a 5 speed swap too). I think your best bet is to replace that and go from there buddy.

I funny thing is I did replace the pilot bearing but now that you mention it I should make sure the one I got is for a manual because when I took the old one out it kind of looked same. I will make sure tomorrow. I also changed the fluid from 75 w90 gear oil to 80 w90 syntic and still gridds just a little less loud

Also make sure that your pressure plate isn't on too much or you'll be grinding your clutch on the pressure plate. That was part of my problem too.

Guess what? I checked my receipt of the parts and found that the part# was for a auto pilot bushing not for a manual like I ask and told him to make sure all parts are for a manual.put the part in yesterday and problem solved just pisses me off that I wasted my time and money on parts that where not needed ($2 dollar part) well anyway thank everybody for the help and krusty s13
