Evidently my Skyline is, even though it is fed legal car. I'm aware that I can make it legal and even posted links from cali's DOT, but I'm told that isn't real according to kingkilburn....

My XD40 is. There is no reason it should be, no matter how many rounds it holds. I left it home today, I'm pretty sure it didn't kill anything.... Same goes for yesterday. Not sure what it would do differently in California.

I know 3/4 of my pistols would not be legal, my rifles MIGHT be, and my shotgun probably wouldn't. My car is exceptionally far from being Cali legal. That's not freedom. Cali is still doing it very wrong.

My skyline is illegal there if I pulled across the boarder tomorrow, as would 3-4 of my cars. Same goes for my guns. The funny thing is, here there are legal to own. which is entirely the point..... You are prisoners of your own state and you don't see that.

PS I own 1 car that MIGHT be cali legal. That car is 2013 and they make a Cali model just because of your fucked up laws. It is a CX5, and the farthest thing from a modded car, but still mazda has to bend over backwards to your soviet state to even sell cars. That doesn't sound like a problem to you? I guess maybe to tree huggers? I will stick to beliving that the earth is probably warming as they say.... Humans just don't have a whole lot of say in what actually happens.

Who said anything about needing guns or the thug life? I have guns because bears and gators are stronger than me and deer meat is delicious. Do I keep the shotgun loaded and ready in case shit goes bump in the night, sure, but that's not all that necessary as I live in a fairly nice area. Haggard cars? Sure, we have areas that look like the 2F2F backlog, several cars from this thread included, but we also have some world class tuning shops. Sadly some of the nicest maintained racecars in the area are domestics (Ford and Chevy mostly, but a few Mopars). Look up Lethal and LaMotta for evidence of the Fords.

Cali car laws do kinda suck cuz I'd want a skyline but I also want to breathe in LA.

So basically what's happening here is that a good half of the content of this thread is Florida born and a case of severe California envy set in with an acute case of the butthurt so a bunch of Florida boys had to come in to fight the trash cars and trash people with "but muh guns and freeedumb".


We do have some stupid regulations put in place by well meaning but ignorant politicians. We also have the means to make those regulations go away as soon as Californians get motivated to petition for a ballot initiative. We can drastically alter the CARB and DMV regulations. We can toss all the misguided gun laws and bans.

Florida is still Florida and you still live there. Take your butthurt and bullshit elsewhere. This isn't the place or the time. You could say "You're doing it wrong."
