Has anyone removed their sunroof hardware?
I have a '93 Coupe and it has an electric/mechanical sunroof. I want to remove all of the hardware that powers the sunroof, but leave the actual sunroof itself still sealed in the roof. Is there anyway I could do this? I want more head room, also for a roll cage install. I would think that the sunroof would fall out without all of the mechanical parts connected to it, but maybe not?

Search, there is a full thread about this and other methods to removing sunroofs. Not to mention this is a question that does not belong in chat, small questions and answers thread is a better spot for this.
