Last week,i bought a Used car Nissan . it has run 50,000 kilometers. I want to get an overall car diagnosis. I want to know how much should i afford to overhaul it in garage and what diagnostic tools should i need if i want to overhaul it by myself. Hoping the friends that have experience to give me some suggestion.thanks very much.I just heared friends said the Nissan consult 4 is good for Nissan.How about it?

if the car has OBD2 you can go to a local auto parts store and have them diagnose it. they all pretty much do the same thing they just tell you a code its reading. what kind of car?
