catalytic converter gasket

So this is a stretch but has anyone run into the issue of trying to find a gasket for btween the cat and the exhaust manifold on an s14?

its a ring crush style gasket and ive ordered 4 now from the parts store and none are the correct fit
the walker one 31331 seems to have the correct picture but what actually comes in the packaging is different
got 2 walkers so far that way so I assume they are all that way...

next step is gonna be to dig thru their gaskets and hope I find one from something else that might work. and I don't think red rtv will hold up too well

anyone else had this problem and maybe know a gasket number thatll work?

Red rtv wont hold...but the copper rtv will(wouldnt use all by itself). I do know they sell metal gasket paper, you can cut ur own gasket out if needed as well

I found a crush ring that might work but if it doesnt

im thinking about cleaning the surface up really well and just putting a bunch of copper rtv on the old crush ring

bring the old gasket in the store, and see if they have something that matches up. try to find a store with someone who knows what they are doing, if they have a commercial desk, ask them.

Are you talking about the gasket ring that does in between the cast iron section and the tubular section of the exhaust manifold? The OEM Nissan part number is: 20691-57E01 You will need two if we're talking of the same item.

I forgot to mention its an S14
its a little different than an s13 cause the "downpipe" section coming off the manifold is actually a catalytic converter on the s14 and instead of 2 little rings it uses one bigger ring
