many things wrong. need help.

ok im going to list each problem im having and then go into more detail

first. my wipers are messing up.
second. my e brake does not read that it is DIS-engaged.(tubo timer cut out does not work,)
third. ive got quite a wireing clusterfuck and a plug im not sure where it goes.
and fourth.i have a pump that i dont remember what it does/ where it goes

so lets do it in order,

wipers dont work on the adj speed, they move like odd distances, stop, move again, all with clicking from the engine bay, work fine with med and hi speed just not the timed delay.... fuse/relay blown? idk.

second e brake, works on and off, havent done anything funky with the wiring for that, what can cause this? i dont want my car to drive away one day.

third has pics. this part of the harness is right after the injectors before the TPS split. the car is a 91 240 with an sr N/t +t lol he used the stock harness and spliced into it.

it ran before like this but i dont know what needs to be hooked up and what doesnt. just because it ran dont make it right.

fourth. what pump is this? i think it pumps air? maybe a vac pump? i took the car apart like 9 months ago. i dont remember.

thanks in advance guys.

1. Check your Time Control Unit (TCU). Then check the wiper amp. Suspect bad fuses and/or grounds.

2. What does "works on and off" mean? Does the "BRAKE" light on the dash work correctly with the handbrake? Check that you wired the brake switch correctly. If you're sure, then the turbo timer is bad.

3. This one will be hard to diagnose even in person. Your description sounds like the car will be a handful for whomever handling the project. Expect to pay a lot of money to fix your entire engine harness.

4. Automatic Speed Control Device (ASCD) actuator.

The wiper amp is a green box next to the brake master cylinder. The TCU is near the underdash fusebox area. The wiper amp controls the autoreturn function. The TCU controls the time delay of the intermittent wipers.

Check the dash light. The dash light should go on and off with the handbrake being engaged and disengaged. T-tap the turbo timer handbrake wire into the single wire coming off the handbrake.

Thank you. Please drive through.

Good effort though.

You should search the FSM when answering these questions. It really helps you figure out the wiring schematics.
