when doing a boost leak test how long should
the engine hold that pressure lets say 15lbs ....
and im using the tester from the compressor on...

a boost leak test is only there to help you isolate charge system leaks. I wouldn't be looking for any hold values. Otherwise, if its not a visible leak (soap/bubbles) then you're all good.
